Zero Pest is owned and run by Ryan and Alex, two St. Louis guys who thought pest control could be done better: show up on time, answer the phone, treat people's homes like our own, and have a little fun doing it.
Why we started Zero Pest
We'd both seen the same thing from the inside of this industry: national chains sending a different entry-level tech every visit, locking customers into 12-month contracts, and routing every call through a call center three states away. Nobody was happy. Not the customers, not the techs.
So we built the company we'd want protecting our own families' homes. Fully licensed commercial applicators on every job. The same friendly face at your door every visit. Owners who answer their own phones. And no contracts, because if we're doing our job, you won't want to leave.
When you see the black truck with the pixel bug rolling through your neighborhood, that's us. Our kids are on the yard signs. Our families march in the parades. This company is our name, and we protect it on every single visit.
